This was never supposed to be just a clothing brand.

Nobody warned us about any of this.

Perimenopause showed up with brain fog, exhaustion, anxiety, rage, changing bodies, disappearing words and approximately zero useful instructions.

So I started talking about it.

Founder of The Hot Mess Hormone Club

Meet the founder

I wasn’t prepared for the exhaustion. Or the rage. Or the brain fog.

The Hot Mess Hormone Club grew out of one very simple idea: women deserve better conversations about what happens to us in midlife.

I’m not standing on the other side of perimenopause with all the answers. I’m working, parenting, training, forgetting words I’ve known my entire life, and figuring this out right alongside the women I’m talking to.

I went looking for information and found a lot of clinical language, wellness perfection and advice that didn’t feel anything like the life I was actually living.

So HMHC became the place I wished already existed.

The entire point

Who better to talk about the shit women go through than a woman going through the shit?

More than merch

This turned into something bigger.

What started as relatable merch has grown into a broader space for women navigating perimenopause, strength training, changing bodies, brain fog, symptoms, sleep, supplements, appointments and the general hormonal circus of midlife.

The App

Track the chaos, spot patterns and walk into appointments with actual receipts.

Education

Real-life perimenopause information without the medical-textbook energy.

Community

A place where women can feel understood instead of wondering if they’re losing it.

Merch

Because sometimes your hormones have chosen violence and the hoodie should say so.

The club is for the woman who...

Is figuring it out in real time.

Is trying to understand what the hell is happening to her body.
Still wants to feel strong while everything seems to be changing.
Is tired of vague advice, shame spirals and wellness perfection.
Would rather laugh about the chaos than pretend it isn’t happening.
Wants tools and information she can actually use in real life.
Needs the occasional reminder that she is absolutely not the only one.

Welcome to the club

Come for the hormones. Stay for the feral solidarity.

No perfection required. Just better information, useful tools, honest conversations and a little humour when everything feels ridiculous.
