Most HMHC merchandise is made to order. Production typically takes approximately 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery time after production varies depending on your location, the item ordered, shipping method and print provider. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Holidays, high-volume periods and the occasional shipping gremlin can cause delays, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

We ship to many international destinations, but availability depends on the product, print provider and destination country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available for the shipping service used.

Fit varies by style because HMHC carries different garments and blanks. Each product page includes fit information specific to that item.

Because our made-to-order products aren't eligible for returns or exchanges simply because the wrong size was selected, giving that size chart thirty seconds of attention is very much worth it.

HMHC apparel is made for real life: lifting, walking, coffee runs, errands, couch recovery, school pickup, rage-cleaning the kitchen and whatever else the day throws at you.

Gym → errands → couch → repeat. We support the full ecosystem.

As a general rule, washing printed apparel inside out in cold water with mild detergent and using low heat or hang drying can help protect the garment and print.

The emotional-support-coffee functionality, however, comes standard.

Most HMHC merchandise is made specifically for you when you order it. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or colour preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, that's a different story. Contact us so we can help make it right.

That is absolutely not the kind of surprise we were going for.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the problem.

We'll review the issue and work with our production partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The Hot Mess Hormone Club is a perimenopause-focused brand built for women navigating the hormonal plot twist nobody adequately warned us about.

What started with bold apparel and a whole lot of “are you fucking kidding me?” is growing into something bigger: real-life education, digital resources, tracking tools, community, strength-focused wellness and the HMHC app.

This isn't about fixing women or telling them how they should move through midlife. It's about helping women understand what may be happening in their bodies, recognize their patterns, advocate for themselves and feel a hell of a lot less alone while doing it.

And yes, we still make the feral hoodies.

HMHC is for women navigating perimenopause, midlife and all the strange new plot developments that can arrive with them.

The exhaustion. The brain fog. The changing body. The rage. The strength training. The “why did I walk into this room?” moments. The desire to understand what's happening without being spoken to like you're incapable of understanding your own body.

You don't have to have everything figured out to belong here. Frankly, that would defeat the purpose of the club.
